The eligible nomination for the Award only for the recordings that released during Oct 1, 2007 and Sept 30, 2008.Lil Wayne dominating the nominations with eight nominations. Coldplay received seven. Jay-Z, Ne-Yo and Kanye West each gained six. Alison Krauss, John Mayer, Robert Plant, Radiohead and Jazmine Sullivan received five each.
